Camiel Huisma - Camiel is the Chief Technical and Operating Office responsible for product innovation, design and manufacturing. Camiel is a mechanical engineer born and educated in Holland, and the primary inventor of GrowSafe technology. Before founding GrowSafe, Camiel served as North America Research and Development Manager for the Environmental division of Electrolux, Sweden, he was responsible for product innovation, product improvement and research and development of large scale municipal vacuum waste systems. Prior to this appointment, Camiel served this company as Manager of Engineering. One of the pioneer users of RFID technology in North America, he has presented and published articles regarding electronic identification technology and related issues in the cattle industry. Camiel holds several patents for innovative technology. |

Alison Sunstrum - Alison invested in the company and joined the company's management team in July 2000. Alison is the Chief Finance and Business Development Officer responsible for corporate, financing, and marketing strategy. Formerly as CEO of Winnipeg based GSEM Inc. she created a marketing network connecting several Canadian cities, municipalities and Universities. As Corporate Secretary Treasurer of Alberta Intermodal Ltd. Alison was responsible for financial management of this $28M/yr.+ revenue company and implemented the company's country-wide computer network, which included the prototype development of one of the first Canadian electronic data interchange (EDI) projects with a Canadian railway. Alison has provided electronic commerce consulting services to several International and Canadian companies. |

Milan Brankovic - Milan is responsible for the design and development of GrowSafe software. He has a BSc. in mechanical engineering from the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia and an Electrical Engineering Technologist Diploma from Nikola Tesla Technical College, Belgrade. Milan has seven years of North American engineering experience with Tesco Engineering and Nortel Wireless Systems in Calgary where he was responsible for manufacturing processes design and implementation, data acquisition software programming, testing, commissioning and project management engineering duties. |

Dr. William Kolath - Bill is responsible for the analysis of GrowSafe customer data, and liaison with the scientific community and beef industry. .Bill received his Ph.D from University of Missouri. His thesis was the relationship between mitochondria and residual feed intake in feedlot cattle. Bill has worked with GrowSafe research systems installed at the University of Missouri for thepast 3 years. He has authored animal science publications, and holds a patent for ranking feed efficiency in animals. |

Neil Tarrant - Neil is responsible for the installation of GrowSafe Systems and directs field and on-site customer support. Neil has a Bachelor of Social Science Degree from University of Calgary and an Electronic Engineering Technology Diploma from SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) Calgary, Alberta. He also carries advanced certificates in workplace health and safety. Prior to GrowSafe, Neil was the Manager of Operations for Surface Search Inc. a Calgary based Engineering and Environmental Geophysics firm. Prior to this he owned a painting franchise in Victoria, British Columbia. |

Jason Gillespie - Jason is responsible for procurement, production, and R & D prototyping. He directs in house manufacturing staff and sub-contractors. Jason graduated from Memorial University, Newfoundland with an electrical engineering technology diploma. He was formerly employed by Nortel Networks in Calgary as a member of the prove-in and testing team for CDMA/TDMA/GSM cellular phone base stations. Previous to this position Jason was employed in the Off and Onshore Oilfield data acquisition and processing industry. |

Len Grenier, P.Eng., Director/Shareholder. Len co-founded and served as Senior VP/CTO of Advance Light Imaging Technologies Inc. (ALI). ALI created digital image imaging network systems for medicine automating workflow, and eliminating the use of film in hospitals and clinics. A Canadian technology success story, ALI was acquired by McKesson Corporation (NYSE:MCK) in 2002 in the largest cash sale of a tech company in British Columbia to that point.
Bob Isted, Director/Shareholder. CEO and Founder of Madis Engineering Ltd., Bob has patented an enhanced oil recovery method, designed and developed electronic security lane systems for Chevron, Shell, Home Oil, Esso; advanced data acquisitionand logging systems; and industrial manufacturing and production systems. Madis Engineering Ltd. are experts in Electronics Design and Prototype Manufacturing.
Hiran Perera, CMA, B.Comm., MBA. Director/ Shareholder, Financial Advisor. CEO of a start-up electronic commerce company Walkingspree Inc., Hiran was formerly the CFO of Resverlogix Corp. He successfully assisted this company from start-up through to significant market capitalization and growth on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Previously, Hiran was the CFO and a Director of Shift Networks Inc, a VOIP telecom provider listed on the TSX-V Exchange.
Steve Conquergood P.Eng., Shareholder. Chairman and Founder of Advanced Measurements Inc. (AMI) Steve was instrumental in the establishment of GrowSafe. AMI are specialists in data acquisition development providing integrated data acquisition hardware and software solutions for computerized test, measurement, process monitoring and control. |
